From Barbara Newcombe: “I will say it again. The Cascade is looking best in years. That honest water from the skies is the miracle. The growers of all kinds prefer it to water from the hose. I sat for almost an hour taking in the loveliness. Do yourselves a good deed and waste some time just admiring the view. I met two exercisers I haven’t seen for 3 years. Olie has a 2-year-old daughter now. I hope to see her soon. It was the perfect way to waste a Sunday afternoon.”
