Typically, we do not meet on a holiday weekend, but according to Barbara, “the place is a mess!” The recent storms and high winds gave the trees a mighty shake, and now the stairs have accumulated almost an inch of debris. The beds, which were bone-dry for so long, are now soaked and covered in tiny weeds wishing to spread. Needless to say, sweeping and weeding will be our focus.
So come on down! Weather forecast (as of Sunday) promises sunny skies.
