Water had to be shut down at the Cascade several days ago because tree roots had broken into a sewer pipe. That created a flood down steps to lower plaza. Now the Public Works plumbers must go to Home Depot to get the exactly precise piece of plumbing to fix it. Meanwhile we are keeping an eye on tender, young plants. Watering will be by watering can where necessary.
